- The Strategic Infrastructure Corporation will be controlled by a Foundation for the benefit of all Canadians. Its goal is to pave every road in Canada and build new rail lines.
- Governments will be shareholders and will agree on one set of regulations for companies building infrastructure.
- We will build a cross Canada corridor with road, express rail, hydro lines, telecom lines and pipelines to bring money to the economy and build our country.
- Quebec will be able to sell its electricity to California at a premium price and Alberta can sell its fuels to the eastern provinces, providing them with a secure supply that will not be interrupted. All provinces will get new roads and rail lines.
